Add metric descriptions and flags for pdns_recursor.

This involved a number of not particularly pretty code changes, but since we
only ever need to support the 2 products its fine.

Included:
* Add scrape timeouts to socket connections (deadlines).
* Add special-case `unixgram` codepaths (recursor uses unixgram sockets)
* Add `-collector.powerdns.recursor` flag to turn on recursor handling code
  (this also changes the appended label of the metrics).

The metric labels have also been changed - the appended label of each name is
now "powerdns_authoritative_" and "powerdns_recursor_" respectively.
