This commit made the `AutoNumericEnum.fromCharCodeKeyCode` array read-only, preventing populating it after it was created.
This fixes the introduced by commit </a><a class="double-link" href="https://github.com/autoNumeric/autoNumeric/commit/<a class="double-link" href="https://github.com/autoNumeric/autoNumeric/commit/b5c69941853ab4728215d2dc55e59d0e7f418819">b5c699418</a>">b5c699418</a><a href="https://github.com/autoNumeric/autoNumeric/commit/07eb80ead30de40e9f41d94505422314a73c9209"> (Set the read-only mode on the default settings, enumerations, events, options and pre-defined options objects).
Transform `AutoNumericEnum.fromCharCodeKeyCode` from an Array to an Object.
