[Refactor]
 - Create ParamBuilder class, remove initParams() method from AbstractComponent
 - getParams getter initializes params with the ParamBuilder if it's necessary
 - Fix errors caused by accessing the property "params" without the getParams getter;
 - Prevent PlaceHolder's (which is to be represent PDO named parameter) format to be consumed by ParamBuilder because this lib's param syntax interferes with PDO's named parameter syntax
