Changing reporter subscribe contract

Breaks compatiblity for reporters not in trunk.

Changing subscribe_to_describe(self, describe) to
subscribe_to_spec(self, spec)

I'm working to get rid of all references to describe slowly.
This is apart of the reporter cleanup story #30
