VirtualColumnsExt: added important refactor/TODO comment

Added a comment to the VirtualColumnsExt DBIC component class (the flux
capacitor of virtual columns) on how it needs to be refactored to hook
into 'inflate_result'

This work will likely be done at the same time as extracting this stuff
into its own CPAN module...
