+ To pick up the advantages of the httprouter over mux (lesser
  number of allocations and lower latencies), port all routes
  registered with the mux router and initialize the httprouter
  with them.
+ Create a map for caching bleve pindex routes and their methods,
  for setting up the httprouter handles.
+ Register routes only once to support httprouter functionality.

Pre-reqs:
- Upgrade couchbase version of gorilla/mux (fetch latest changes).
- Import julienschmidt/httprouter to couchbase/repo and add to
  manifest.
