create new request with updated headers to fix missing CSRF token 

After the connect methods are called because the RestConnection isn't
authenticated construct a new Request object. the new request object
will add the headers in the commonheaders field in order to include the
CSRF token.  

Also fix the issue where a request fails and the response body is
leaked.
