Fix posted timestamp extraction

The format of the `created` field, which was previously used, was "DD.MM.YYYY" so we used the visir date extractor to change to an ISO8601 format of "YYYY-MM-DD" but the `start` field in the API response is already ISO8601, so we should not pass it through the `decode_date_string` method.
