Add integration test on tx-manager_lambda deploy for bible and OBS (#34)

* Added integration test. TestConversions - can now extract latest commit from repo commit page.

* TestConversions - now creates psuedo webhook data and call webhook client.

* TestConversions - added polling of build_log until conversion is complete or timeout.  Added checking of Travis environment variables.

* TestConversions - clears out the preconvert zip and the cdn folder before testing.  Added checking of preconvert zip out output files after conversion.
integration_test.sh - shell script for running Python integration tests.

* TestConversions - added more test cases.  Changed to check job database for job status. Added timeout for job start.

* TestConversions - added more validation of job data displays the preconvert file on error.

* TestConversions - changed tests cases to start with git url.  Added retry after delay if deploy hasn't completed

* TestConversions - Fix for test naming.

* TestConversions - Added support for OBS and an OBS case.  Tests Now start with git url.

* TestConversions - Added detection for develop and master branch to determine location of integration test.
.travis.yml - added integration test after deploy

* TestConversions - added usfm bible support.  Added check for missing job id.  Moved some test cases into tx-manager-test-data repo.  Added a ts-android obs test case.  Added a jude usfm bible test case.

* TestConversions - changed to call client webhook lambda instead of running locally.  Changed to make job errors a warnining so that we can progress and see if conversion fails gracefully.

* TestConversions - added a psalms example.
