Reinforced concurrency

using ConcurrentHashMaps,
added sesion activiveness checks in tasks,
added log messages,
created SessonStopTask, so main thread is not delayed too much,
 removed synchronized modifyers,
graceful stop of operations, allowing remotes to be notified of removal of all bmrs.
