Today, FTS searchers do not have Delete/Clone/Edit button access for
indexes but do have Delete/Clone/Edit button access for aliases,
although the buttons cannot perform any actions.
The expected behavior is that the searchers do not have Delete/Clone/Edit
button access for both indexes and aliases.
