[10.0][uber_oauth] Added new module to allow users signup using Uber Oauth API HU#1605 (#10)

* [IMP] Changed the manifest of the modules and set active like false for modules that have not been tested in this version. Added the needed changes to work in v10.

* [ADD] Added new module to do login using uber api

* [IMP] Now you can do login with uber drivers.
[IMP] Added new model to load trips information from uber.
[IMP] Created new views to show information about trips and drivers in a
new menu called Uber
[IMP] Now the info is extracted from res_partner instead of res_users
[IMP] Added new field in res_partner to identify if a partner is an uber driver, this field is used to filter in uber views
[IMP] Added a config parameter to set the redirect uri used in uber api.
This valuemust be the same to the value set in Uber Developers API
