Drop Python 2.6 support, ignore new flake8 checks (#23)

flake8 and Travis CI can't test Python 2.6 anymore which seems as good a reason as any to consider it deprecated.

* tox.ini: Drop Python 2.6 support
* .travis.yml: Remove Python 2.6 support here too
* .travis.yml: Ignore some new flake8 checks
* setup.py: Ignore some new flake8 checks
