SHEL-165 Animate component (#230)

* feat(Animate): SHEL-165 Added transitionModifiers to the theme

This added new functionality in the shape of transition modifiers to the theme. Also added
react-transition-group as a dependency

SHEL-165 New Animate component. For now it can only animate the height of the content, but in future
maybe more alternatives.
