BulletIntegration: fix linker errors when using a DLL on Windows.

the problem is that the underlying btMotionState is not
dllexported and is fully inline. Our class, however, is
dllexported, so the linker is then trying to dllimport also the
btMotionState symbols and of course fails, because they are not
exported anywhere.
