Fix/set state in component will receive props (#1093)

* fix(component): fix setState issue inside componentWillReceiveProps

This fixes an issue where when setState is called inside componentWillReceiveProps in response to a
prop change, state is updated before componentWillUpdate is called.

Fixes #1075
