OpenStackV3

This OpenStackV3 entry allow to use V3 auth. 
Typically it can be used to communicate with a V3 infrastructure in a PHP5 runtime. For example : Bluemix.

Please note that : 
  - it's a workaround that override the V2 auth, not a really clean solution...
  - only ObjectStorage access has been tested
  - the internalURL query has not been maintained
  - tenantId parameter is used to pass the project ....
