Feature 508 - fix return type to be JSONP. (#34)

* Fixed return type to be jsonp.

* main.py & SlackInvite - moved JSONP conversion into send_invite to capture missing callback exception and for unit testing.
TestSlackInvite - modified to add missing callback test case and changed tests to expect JSONP response.
