require users to install m2crypto manually (thanks botherder)

Install it manually at all times. It's giving too many problems with
automated setups and also keeping in mind that setup.py isn't taken as
literally as hoped, i.e., a requirements file is written to the Cuckoo
Package rather than evaluated at runtime (which was the initial idea
behind the optional install_requires list).
