Changed q_analysefeps.py behaviour and refactored the tests.

q_analysefeps.py no longer supports --po_qcp and --po_qcp_mass
Instead, --subcalcs (to enable) and --subcalc_dir DIR (to change default direcotory)
are used to write plot data .json files from all sub-calculations
(QCP, QCP_mass, exclusions) to directory DIR.

qscripts-cli tests now use mktemp and are less messy.

Bumped version to 0.5.6 and config_version to 10
