Commit Message

Implement dependency management for easier control of third party dependencies.

Now setting up a new instance is much easier as all CDN links are gathered in a single file,
offline copies can be downloaded on demand, and almost all (all but one) CDN links have
integrity SHA hashcodes which increases users' secuirty.
