update HStore - review comments

- Fix comment type-o in `importer.tests`
- Improve comments in `test_udfs` explaining the need for a
  typecast Transform in a comparison search
- Remove vestigial `dfd ` param and `deepcopy` from
  `UDFDictionary.__setitem__`
- Remove `dict` method overrides from `UDFDictionary` that
  are no longer necessary now that cleaning is deferred until save
