app: Enable focus in showView() via view.done()

Actions like `element.focus()` have no effect unless the new element is
attached to the DOM. Now view functions now must return an object with
an `element` member containing the new view element and an optional
`done` member containing a callback function that will be invoked after
the element is attached.
