Moved db migrations to the MigrationHelper, use reflection to invoke db migration methods
Separated the split amount into "value" and "quantity"
Added commodity GUID to accounts and transactions tables

Migrated Splits table from saving amount as decimal string to using two integers for numerator and denominator
