started wiring schema pointer into ValidationExceptions

    * added schema location param to ValidationException ctor calls in CombinedSchema & ObjectSchema type check
    * changed signature of Schema#getJSONPointer() - now it returns a string and is called getSchemaLocation
    * changed ValidationException#throwFor() to pass schemaLocation of root schema
    * made ValidationException#schemaLocation final & updated ctors accordingly
