Add ConnectionAcceptor::stop() (#406)

Its behavior is to have the server stop listening, whatever server may be inside
the ConnectionAcceptor...  This is very helpful towards having sane shutdown
semantics.

Moves us closer to having ~RSocketServer not race as hard.
