sql: Do not assert if Cursor is invalid state.

 * Logic behind `OP_Next` allows to iterate over invalidated
   cursors. If cursor is invalid - `sqlite3BtreeNext()` will return
   non zero status to the engine. Respect this behaviour in
   `tarantoolSqlite3Next`.

 * Similar change in `tarantoolSqlite3Previous`.
