BUGFIX: Textgrid parsing code no longer relies on english words

If the user used the words 'intervals', 'points', or 'item' in
a tier name or in an interval, the file would be incorrectly processed.

If the user uses 'intervals [', 'points [', or 'items [' in a normal
(non-short) textgrid, the problem will occur, but I'm ok with that
possibility for now.
