Clang format integration (#9)

* Initialized clang-format config file.

* Made modifications to clang-format config file.

* Added Make goal and python script to format source code.

* Moved qemu.sh into scripts directory.

* Removed allowance of single line blocks from clang format.

* Removed format goal from Makefile; clang-format should be invoked from scripts and plugins manually.

* Removed clang-format-diff, not needed anymore.
