Check for cycles when traversing the dependency tree

- Cycles may occur in some cases (dependencies like
  a -> b -> c -> a)
- This commit makes #totalStats() and #totalDependencies() safe
  for cyclic.
- The method Package#collectDependencies can be used to avoid cycles
  in future aggregation methods.
