Fixes #307 - Make the GedObjectToGedDocumentMongoConverter a bean

* This required moving the loadAttributes algorithm out of
  GedDocumentMongo and into GedObjectToGedDocumentMongoConverter.
* Change the interface and all the implementations to pass in the
  converter to the loadGedObject.
* Configuration classes have an added bean defintion
