Issue 508/move to production (#31)

* Fixed readme to include the apex init step and when you need to do it.

* Fixed readme to include setting up the API gateway.

* Setup .travis.yml to deploy to S3.  Added Travis setup instructions to readme.

* main.py - removed test code and changed to call SlackInvite.

* Reverted changes to .travis.yml.  Removed changes to readme.md

* SlackInvite - changed to capture exception so we don't send back a stack trace.  Corrections to readme.md

* Tweaked instructions in readme.md.

* SlackInvite - added logging of errors.

* SlackInvite - tweaked logging of errors.

* Tweaked instructions in readme.md.

* TestSlackInvite - added tests for exception cases.  SlackInvite - tweaked for testing exception handling.
