Improve metrics (#243)

* Create a new class to gather metrics

* Start to integrate metrics inside abstract step and properties.

* Start to add ways to compute number of files in the project

* Now we also compute metrics from Nopol, number of lines of code and changes in patch.

* Add a new step to compute number of test files.

* Add also information about tests and number of libraries

* Fix compilation error in serializer

* Fix compilation and checkstyle issues

* Add a type adapter for Metrics type

* Also commit / push metrics before leaving the pipeline

* Fix a bug with computeSourceDir

* Add a new serializer for metrics.

* Fix tests

* Fix other tests

* Fix checkstyle

* Improve commit messages

* Fix tests

* Still one test was failing, fix it.
