Update the mapper function

Moved the util functions from mapper to normalizer.
Replaced `toInteger()` with `normalizeRegexResult()` in `map()`, so that
  the resulting array will now include non-empty strings in addition to
  numbers and `null`.
Updated function descriptions across all the files.
Added `parseWod()` to parse the roll with WoD grammar.
Updated `parseAny()` to also include WoD grammar.
