Add undefined & null as allowed types for Maybe.fromNull

Otherwise explicitly unioned types (e.g. string | null) will
refuse to typecheck. This happens with situations like:

Real-ish world example:

```typescript
const fn = (): Maybe<string> => {
  let val = ["hello"].find(() => false)
  return Maybe.fromNull(val)
}
```
