Remove some obsolete bits as a result of dawn (#91)

* Stop looking at aurora in rm_query_creator

And reformat the fixed_without_uplifts_url query so it's easier to read.

* Ignore aurora tracked bugs in alert emails

aurora is going away RSN, and until then it's the same as beta.
