This adds support for AsyncIterator to iterall, adding the exports: (#16)

* $$asyncIterable
* isAsyncIterable()
* getAsyncIterator()
* getAsyncIteratorMethod()
* createAsyncIterator()
* forAwaitEach()

Calling `createAsyncIterator()` or `forAwaitEach()` assumes the existence of `Promise` in the environment.
