HTTP400 error page, large error sample, 100% views

HTTP 400 error page. On alerts dashboard I was throwing an http 404 when
I should have been using a 400. The URL endpoint was valid but bad data
being sent should return a 400.

Added a proper large error sample to the alerts dashboard.

100% tested views and core.flash functions.
