Inventory on metrics

Read inventory from String metrics instead of hawkular-inventory
Note, many functions have been removed for the time being, as not used in MIQ. We may add them back later.
WIP: tests not refactored yet, thus failing

As well as list_operation_definitions_for_resource. They are used in HawkFx.
