[REMOVAL] Deprecate expected removals

This change deprecates methods and classes related to features which will be removed when 7.6 LTS support is dropped:

* All metods related to domain model annotation integration, including AnnotationUtility
* Several methods on Flux Core class to register no longer supported integrations
* Method getSetup() on AbstractFluxController
* The `enable` Form object property and related methods also on interface (preparing for using `enabled`)
* Methods getTemplatePaths, getPreviewView and getViewContext on Providers and interface are deprecated.
* Several methods on FluxService now served by Fluid
* ErrorReporter user function field
* PathUtility is deprecated (handled by Fluid now)
* ExposedTemplateView is deprecated (handled by Fluid now)
* TemplatePaths is deprecated (handled by Fluid now)
* ViewContext is deprecated (no longer required)
* Methods getContainer, getGrid, getForm and getExtensionName on AbstractFormViewHelper are deprecated - use static corresponding methods.
