Edited documentation about using with Web and worker tier.

Also changed library to avoid passing Datastore object to application,
since it was providing only for SQLAlchemy classes to have a session
object, and that might be constructed by something other than the
library Datastore class, so needing to pass a Datastore object in
order to supply a session object may present an annoying obstacle to
some users.
