various cuckoo-import related improvements

* Simplify some sqlite3 database path logic.
* Introduce movesql() method which copies/moves/symlinks the sqlite3
  database from the old setup to the CWD.
* By default have Cuckoo make the SQL backup.
* Get rid of a few useless configuration migration warnings.
* Update output & documentation on the above.
