bug(tagsInput): Add input field id and tabindex

Add attributes for the user to set custom id and tabindex on the input
field:
- input-field-id enable the use of getElementById().
- input-field-tabindex overwrite the old tabindex attribute to eliminate
the need of double tab

Closes #744.
