Merge pull request #353 from anuveyatsu/feature/embed-dp-in-readme

Embed data package json in readme
- `app/utils/helpers.py` - new method for searching data package variables and replacing it with dp descriptor as markdown code snippet
- `tests/utils/test_helpers.py` - tests for the new method
