WIP on abstraction over RestTemplate
* Added PUT method
* Since PUT and POST are pretty much the same from RestTemplate point of view I created several abstractions so as not to repeat myself (it would be much nicer if we could use Java8 or Traits from Groovy)
* Extracted LocationRetrieving to an interface
