[BUGFIX] Allow VHS to run with Fluid standalone installed

It's possible to install and use Fluid standalone also on 7.6
LTS although standalone Fluid cannot be used as replacement
for the core's Fluid version. To account for and support this
situation, VHS needs to check the TYPO3 version instead of
the presence of classes from Fluid standalone.
