Upgraded to jsonschema from specs-v1 (#63)

* JSON Table Schema -> Table Schema

* added specs-v1 profile and up-to-date tests, updated old deps, babel, npm scripts

* added profiles to package.json files

* rebased code on specs-v1 profile

* fixed field tests (it should't use Schema)

* improved Field class (added apply defaults)

* Schema to work with specs-v1 (apply defaults), rebase on Schema.load

* updated validate to work with specs-v1

* updated readme

* fixed travis (drop node-v4, fixed linting run)

* fixed coverage

* moved profiles to src

* updated error message
