BREAKING: Drop support for nodejs before 6 + much chore

- Use eslint with StandardJS-config instead of standard
- Add eslint-rules "warn no-console"
- Bump dependencies
- Remove pre-push hook (might be re-established once I get it right,
  but at the moment, it just checks the branch you have checked-out
  and not the branch you push)
- Thought is now a devDependency and not installed globally anymore
- Standard is also devDependency (global installation has cause a lot of
  failing CI-builds along with Greenkeeper)
