Docs: Add tip for developing in iOS

I had a lot of confusion about the `.pbxproj` file when I first tried making changes and running those changes on the device. Otherwise, the reason is embedded in the changes themselves. I had much problem correcting my code review here #423, especially. It will also help eliminate any possibility of committing changes related to BundleIdentifier and Team.
