Rewrite network zooming into separate module.

Using outside 'viewport' container, manipulating the size of svg element
and transforming whole svg element instead of a group prevents global
reflow of svg nodes which makes zooming and panning smooth in webkit
and webkit-like browsers (including Chrome).

No significant improvement was observed in Firefox.

The change has the disadventage of bigger code base and restricted
movements of the inner canvas, but makes zooming possible in Chrome at
all (for bigger networks).
